The next oracle card in the Cave and Lantern Oracle Deck is Be Seen.

This card is about honoring the fundamental dignity of who you are.

Being seen does not mean hogging the spotlight or constantly promoting yourself.

It simply means granting yourself the grace to be your Self and allowing yourself to occupy a reasonable amount of space while doing so.

To be seen, we must be willing to be witnessed. We are all connected to one another. We are all teaching and leading one another even if we don’t always realize it at the time. How can we share our gifts with the world if we are always hiding?

Visibility may feel dangerous due to past experiences. But continually masking and suppressing your true self carries its own cost.

To be seen, we can begin with safe, small steps. Honor your pace, even if feels incredibly slow. Practice tolerating the tenderness of uncertainty rather than retreating at the first hint of perceived threat.
