Today, I want to show you this new product that I made.
The theme is overthinking affirmations and I made a sticker sheet and a little mini reflection booklet which is an add-on.
The reason why I made this product is because I tend to do a lot of overthinking. I’ve made some affirmation stickers in the past, like the I’ve made self-worth affirmation stickers, self-expression affirmation stickers, abundance mantra stickers, and writing affirmation stickers.

And so those seem to do well with certain customers. And for me, I enjoy making them.
I actually collaborate with ChatGPT on them because I know that some people feel like anything that comes out of ChatGPT is like AI slop, which I don’t really agree with because I talk with ChatGPT every day and I get a lot of insight out of it.
I’ve blogged about it and I’m planning on blogging some more about it. So I’ve talked with ChatGPT a lot of times when I am anxious. It supplied me with some grounding statements.

And these were the ones that I liked best, that had personal resonance for me. And I left out the ones that didn’t resonate with me. And that tends to be how I work. But I have thought a lot about how much to disclose it or not. And so I thought I would just be open about my process.
And I think that ChatGPT is here to stay. It’s not going anywhere. And I think we can all use it in ways that are conscious and helpful and not using it as a substitute for your own thinking, but as an accompaniment, a supplementary tool.
Okay, so let’s look at what the 12, there are 12 affirmations that I included. and there was a little bit of overlap between them, but I think the message is very helpful for me and I hope that other people will also resonate with it.

- I do not need to predict the future to be safe now.
- What is meant for me will not ask me to abandon myself.
- Peace is a better compass than obsession.
- My energy is precious. I choose to spend it consciously.
- I do not chase clarity through overthinking.
- I release the need to interpret every sign, silence, or possibility.
- I return to my own purpose, peace, and path.
- My nervous system deserves rest from overanalysis.
- I do not need to solve everything today.
- I can care deeply without carrying everything.
- I trust myself to meet the moment when it arrives.
- I do not need to earn rest by solving the future.
So those are the 12 affirmations and they are also written within the mini reflection booklet. And full disclosure, I did use ChatGPT to make the line art for this. I wrote the introduction myself.
And then I also wanted to say if you ever doubt or are interested to see if someone has written something with ChatGPT or not, there are two tools that I like to use to see if other people are using ChatGPT or AI.

And I’ll give you those websites. (GPT Zero and Quillbot) But then, you know, there are lots of people who like try to trick it or whatever, but I don’t know if that’s appropriate for this video or not. But I’m going to blog about it and maybe it should be its own blog post.

This journal is for moments when your mind is trying to protect you and prepare for every possible outcome. These words are here to help you pause and return peace to your heart. This reflection booklet is for you to use in any way that helps you most. You can rewrite the affirmation as it is or in your own words. You can explain why the affirmation is true or what it means for you today. You can doodle and color beautiful images from your imagination. Do whatever brings you joy, peace, and alignment within yourself.

So then I can I’m going to flip through the pages. It’s the same 12 affirmations that are the stickers and then there’s a blank space for you to write or draw whatever inspires you and it’s just to help calm down your nervous system and to bring you into the present moment so you’re not spiraling, losing yourself or abandoning yourself.
This last page, it says peace is not something to chase, it is something to return to. That’s really the whole purpose of the booklet is to return to peace. The last sentence is one truth to carry forward.
The reason I put that in there is because when I was in art therapy, my therapist had me write at the end of the art therapy journal, like key things that I had learned, or I can look over the notebook and find some patterns like a summary or a good way to solidify or integrate whatever insights occurred to you during the process of filling up all of the pages. So that’s what the last page is.

So then the other thing I wanted to say is that the cover is made out of cardstock and then the inner pages are made out of my, I think it’s 24 pound bright white laser paper.
